The present invention relates to a system for managing re-dispersed dust on a road based on artificial intelligent (AI) and big data. The system comprises: a plurality of road environment acquisition devices which are installed at regular intervals on the side of a road, acquire wind direction and wind speed environment information including the measured amount of re-dispersed dust on the road, and transmit unique device identification information stored in advance together with the wind direction and wind speed environmental information including the measured amount of re-dispersed dust on the road; and a road cleaning management server which is connected to each road environment acquisition device through a communication network, is provided with the prestored unique device identification information along with the wind direction and wind speed environment information including the measured amount of re-dispersed dust transmitted from each road environment acquisition device through the communication network, store and manage, as big data, location information of the road and the wind direction and wind speed environment information as well as the measured amount of re-dispersed dust for each road environment acquisition device on the basis of the received unique device identification information, analyzes the location information of the road, the wind direction and wind speed environment information as well as the measured amount of re-dispersed dust for each road environment acquisition device stored as big data through a preset AI-based machine learning method, builds an AI learning model for predicting the amount of re-dispersed dust on the road by time according to the location, the wind direction and the wind speed of the road, uses the built AI learning model to infer and analyze the re-dispersed dust measurement amount for each road environment acquisition device, the location of the road, and re-dispersed dust movement characteristics according to the wind direction and wind speed, and generates and manages road sweeper operation information for road cleaning according to the inferred and analyzed characteristics of the movement of re-dispersed dust on the road. Efficient operation and management of the road cleaning for reducing re-dispersed dust on the entire road can be performed.

    본 발명은 인공지능 및 빅데이터 기반의 도로 재비산먼지 관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 도로의 측구에 일정간격 이격되어 설치되며, 도로 상의 재비산먼지 측정량을 비롯한 풍향 및 풍속 환경정보를 획득하고, 획득된 재비산먼지 측정량을 비롯한 풍향 및 풍속 환경정보와 함께 미리 저장된 고유한 장치식별정보를 전송하는 복수의 도로환경 획득장치와, 각 도로환경 획득장치와 통신망을 통해 연결되며, 통신망을 통해 각 도로환경 획득장치로부터 전송된 재비산먼지 측정량을 비롯한 풍향 및 풍속 환경정보와 함께 미리 저장된 고유한 장치식별정보를 제공받아 이를 바탕으로 각 도로환경 획득장치별로 재비산먼지 측정량을 비롯한 도로의 위치정보, 풍향 및 풍속 환경정보를 빅데이터화하여 저장 및 관리하고, 기 설정된 인공지능(AI) 기반의 기계 학습방법을 통해 빅데이터로 저장된 각 도로환경 획득장치별 재비산먼지 측정량을 비롯한 도로의 위치정보, 풍향 및 풍속 환경정보를 분석하여 도로의 위치, 풍향 및 풍속에 따른 시간별 도로 상의 재비산먼지량 예측을 위한 인공지능 학습모델을 구축한 후, 구축된 인공지능 학습모델을 이용하여 각 도로환경 획득장치별 재비산먼지 측정량, 도로의 위치, 풍향 및 풍속에 따른 재비산먼지 이동 특성을 추론 및 분석하며, 추론 및 분석된 도로 상의 재비산먼지 이동 특성에 따라 도로 청소를 위한 도로 청소차 운영정보를 생성 및 관리하는 도로청소 관리서버를 포함함으로써, 도로 전체의 재비산먼지 저감을 위한 도로 청소에 대한 효율적인 운영 및 관리를 수행할 수 있다.
