According to an embodiment, provided is a power demand management system using an electric vehicle parking tower. The system comprises: a parking tower management server for charging and discharging an electric vehicle in a parking tower for parking and charging and discharging an electric vehicle; a demand management service provider server for performing power transactions of the parking tower by using charging and discharging information of the parking tower received from an associated parking tower management server, renewable energy power generation information of a linked renewable energy power generation system, and power demand information of a connected grid; and a demand management transaction server for mediating a power transaction between the demand management service provider servers by using power transaction request information received from the plurality of demand management service provider servers. Accordingly, the present invention can facilitate power demand management.

    실시예에 따르면, 전기 자동차의 주차 및 충방전을 위한 주차 타워의 전기 자동차 충전 및 방전을 수행하는 주차 타워 관리 서버; 연계되어 있는 주차 타워 관리 서버로부터 수신한 주차 타워의 충방전 정보, 연계되어 있는 신재생 에너지 발전 시스템의 신재생 에너지 발전량 정보 및 연계되어 있는 계통의 전력 수요 정보를 이용하여 상기 주차 타워의 전력 거래를 수행하는 수요 관리 사업자 서버; 및 복수개의 수요 관리 사업자 서버로부터 수신한 전력 거래 요청 정보를 이용하여 수요 관리 사업자 서버간의 전력 거래를 중개하는 수요 관리 거래 서버를 포함하는 전기 자동차 주차타워를 이용한 전력 수요 관리 시스템을 제공한다.
