The present invention relates to a wheel and a tire matching method, comprising steps of: measuring inner runout and outer runout of the wheel, respectively; extracting a first component of a measured inner runout waveform to obtain an inner runout waveform, and extracting a first component of a measured outer runout waveform to obtain an outer runout waveform; comparing an inner minimum value, which is a minimum value of the inner runout waveform, with an outer minimum value, which is a minimum value of the outer runout waveform, with a predetermined runout reference value; and selecting a reference assembly position of the wheel based on the comparison result, based on the inner minimum value or the outer minimum value, or based on the minimum value of a synthesized waveform obtained by synthesizing the inner runout waveform and the outer runout waveform. By enabling more accurate matching of wheels and tires, a vehicle equipped with a matched wheel and tire assembly minimizes vibration or shaking while driving, further improving ride comfort of the vehicle.

    본 발명은 휠의 내측 런아웃과 외측 런아웃을 각각 측정하는 단계; 상기 내측 런아웃 측정 파형의 1차성분을 추출하여 내측 런아웃 파형으로 하고, 상기 외측 런아웃 측정 파형의 1차성분을 추출하여 외측 런아웃 파형으로 하는 단계; 상기 내측 런아웃 파형의 최소값인 내측최소값과, 상기 외측 런아웃 파형의 최소값인 외측최소값을 소정의 런아웃기준값과 비교하는 단계; 상기 비교 결과에 따라, 상기 내측최소값 또는 외측최소값을 기준으로 하거나, 상기 내측 런아웃 파형과 외측 런아웃 파형을 합성한 합성파형의 최소값을 기준으로 하여, 휠의 조립기준위치를 선정하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
