The present invention relates to an unmanned delivery system using a delivery robot. According to the present invention, a delivery robot can be linked with a delivery robot control system, an AI home-platform, an elevator IoT device and a common infrastructure system, such that a process of receiving and moving a delivered product, opening and closing a common entrance, getting on and off an elevator, opening and closing a front door, and unloading and delivering a delivered product is automatically performed. Accordingly, labor costs and delivery time are reduced to significantly reduce the last-mile which accounts for 53% of the total logistics cost, and the entry time of delivery vehicles is reduced to minimize social conflicts between residents and delivery companies related to delivery vehicles. Also, the safety and reliability of delivery can be maximized, and an AI home-platform creates an occupancy status using UWB sensors and UWB gateways, and a delivery robot control system determines whether to perform a delivery by a delivery robot by referring to the occupancy status transmitted from the AI home-platform. Accordingly, a user-oriented service can be provided by responding flexibly to a status of a recipient.

    본 발명은 배송로봇이 배송로봇 관제시스템, AI 홈-플랫폼, 엘리베이터 IoT 장치 및 공동인프라시스템과 연동 가능하도록 구성되어 배송품 수하, 이동, 공동현관 개폐, 엘리베이터 승하차, 현관도어 개폐, 배송물 하역 및 전달까지의 프로세서를 자동 수행하도록 구성됨으로써 인건비용 및 배송시간을 절감시켜 총 물류비의 53%를 차지하는 ‘라스트마일’을 현저히 개선시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 배송차량의 진입 시간을 감소시켜 배송차량 관련 거주자 및 배송업체 사이의 사회적 갈등을 최소화할 수 있으며, 배송의 안전성 및 신뢰도를 극대화시킬 수 있고, AI 홈-플랫폼이 UWB센서들 및 UWB 게이드웨이를 이용하여 재실상태를 생성하고, 배송로봇 관제시스템이 AI 홈-플랫폼으로부터 전송받은 재실상태를 참조하여, 배송로봇의 배송여부를 판단하도록 구성됨으로써 수취인의 상태에 유동적으로 대응하여 사용자 중심의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 배송로봇을 이용한 무인 배송 시스템에 관한 것이다.
