A floating hydrogen production and management system is disclosed. The floating hydrogen production and management system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage tank for accommodating liquefied natural gas and boil-off gas generated therefrom; a reformer for producing hydrogen gas by receiving at least one of vaporized natural gas and boil-off gas from the storage tank; a hydrogen liquefaction line that liquefies the hydrogen gas produced by the reformer; a regasification device that regasifies the liquefied natural gas in the storage tank and supplies the same to an onshore power plant; and a steam supply line for supplying some of the steam generated using waste heat generated in the power plant to the reformer, thereby capable of reducing the construction cost and maintenance cost of boiler facilities mounted on floating offshore structures.

    부유식 수소 생산 및 관리시스템이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 의한 부유식 수소 생산 및 관리시스템은 액화천연가스 및 이로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 수용하는 저장탱크, 저장탱크로부터 기화된 천연가스 및 증발가스 중 적어도 어느 하나를 공급받아 수소가스를 생산하는 개질기, 개질기에 의해 생산된 수소가스를 액화시키는 수소 액화라인, 저장탱크의 액화천연가스를 재기화하여 육상의 발전플랜트로 공급하는 재기화장치, 발전플랜트에서 발생하는 폐열을 이용하여 생성된 스팀 중 일부를 개질기로 공급하는 스팀 공급라인을 포함하여 제공될 수 있다.
