The present invention relates to an automotive thermal management system. In accordance with a purpose of the present invention, when a refrigerant overheating degree on a downstream side of a chiller is no more than a lower limit value, the system is formed to induce an increase in the refrigerant overheating degree without the need to cut off a compressor, thus minimizing cutoffs of the compressor in the condition in which the refrigerant overheating degree is no more than the lower limit value. In order to achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the automotive thermal management system, including a compressor, a heat exchanger for condensation, an expansion valve and a heat exchanger for evaporation, is provided with a control part which, when a refrigerant overheating degree on a downstream side of the heat exchanger for evaporation is dropped to a value no more than a preset lower limit value, sequentially control at least two mechanisms involved in an increase and a decrease in the refrigerant overheating degree, thereby gradually increasing the refrigerant overheating degree until the refrigerant overheating degree exceeds the lower limit value.

    본 발명은 차량의 열관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 칠러 하류측 냉매 과열도가 하한치 이하일 시에, 압축기를 무조건 컷오프시키지 않고서도 냉매의 과열도 상승을 유도할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 냉매 과열도가 하한치 이하인 조건에서의 압축기의 컷오프를 최소화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 압축기와, 응축용 열교환기와, 팽창밸브와, 증발용 열교환기를 포함하는 차량의 열관리 시스템에 있어서, 증발용 열교환기 하류측 냉매 과열도가, 미리 설정된 하한치 이하로 저하될 시에, 냉매 과열도의 상승과 하강에 관여하는 적어도 2개 이상의 장치들을 순차적으로 제어하여, 냉매 과열도가 하한치를 초과할 때까지 냉매 과열도를 단계적으로 상승시키는 제어부를 구비한다.
