본 발명은 비공기압 타이어 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 가류공정을 포함한 제조공정효율이 향상된 비공기압 타이어 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 비공기압 타이어 제조방법은 압출 조건 및 가류 조건 개선을 통해 품질 완성도를 높일 수 있고 효율적인 연속 공정을 통해 제조 시간을 단축시킴으로써 제조 효율을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.

    The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-pneumatic tire, the method for manufacturing a non-pneumatic tire comprising a vulcanization process and having improved manufacturing process efficiency. The method for manufacturing a non-pneumatic tire of the present invention has the advantages of increasing quality through improvement of extrusion conditions and vulcanization conditions, and increasing manufacturing efficiency by shortening manufacturing time through an efficient continuous process.
