Disclosed are a reverse setting design apparatus of a large assembly block, and a method thereof. The reverse setting design apparatus of a large assembly block according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a characteristic value deduction unit which interprets the welding distortion amount of a large assembly block constituting a ship, and deduces a characteristic value, corresponding to the distortion amount of the distorted large assembly block, to offset the distortion amount; and a compensation unit which interprets a reverse setting value, multiplied by the characteristic value and a length of a small assembly member, and the welding distortion amount of the small assembly member, and thereby deduces a difference value between the reverse setting values, corresponding to the distortion amount of the distorted small assembly member, to offset the welding distortion amount. The present invention manufactures the large assembly block to have a targeted design dimension by distorting the small assembly member to have the reverse setting value.

    대조립 블록 역세팅 설계 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 대조립 블록 역세팅 설계 장치는 선박을 구성하는 대조립 블록의 용접변형량을 해석하여 용접변형량을 상쇄시키는 방향으로 변형된 대조립 블록의 변형량에 해당하는 특성치를 도출하는 특성치도출부; 및 특성치와 소조립 부재의 길이를 곱한 역세팅 값과 소조립 부재의 용접변형량을 해석하여 용접변형량을 상쇄시키는 방향으로 변형된 소조립 부재의 변형량에 해당하는 역설계 값 간의 차이 값을 도출하는 보정부;를 포함한다.
