The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charger using a resource circulation type small generator. The present invention is to generate an electricity using a wind power, a solar power, and a geothermal power to directly charge a waste battery when a charger is in operation. According to the present invention, a power is amplified on a control portion side and compatible with existing chargers. In addition, a battery storage space is made of concrete and is underground, and batteries are installed at regular intervals in layers, so that a heat can be suppressed as much as possible using an air flowing in from the outside, and damage can be minimized even if a fire occurs.

    1)풍력,태양광,지열발전을 이용하여 전기를 생산 하여 충전기를 가동시 폐밧데리를 충전하여 직접 직류 충전 을 하도록 하는 것이다 2)제어부분쪽에서 전력증폭을 하여 기존 충전기들과도 호환되게 할수있다. 3)밧데리 저장공간을 콘크리트로 제작하여 지하화 하고 밧데리를 층층으로 일정한 간격을 두어 설치하여 밖으로부터 유입되는 공기를 이용 발열을 최대한 억제 할 수있고 화재가 발생해도 피해를 최소화 할수 있다
