According to an embodiment of the present invention, a battery management device comprises: a sensor unit measuring the temperature of a battery; a storage unit storing a plurality of temperature measurement values measured in the sensor unit; and a control unit controlling the sensor unit. The control unit comprises: an error determination unit determining whether there is an error in the plurality of temperature measurement values measured in the sensor unit; a correction unit correcting at least one among the plurality of temperature measurement values when there is the error in the plurality of temperature measurement values; and a state determination unit determining whether temperature of the battery is normal through the plurality of temperature measurement values.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치는 배터리의 온도를 측정하는 센서부, 상기 센서부에서 측정된 복수의 온도 측정 값이 저장되는 저장부 및 상기 센서부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 센서부에서 측정된 복수의 온도 측정값에 오류가 있는지 판단하는 오류 판단부, 상기 복수의 온도 측정값에 오류가 있다고 판단될 경우, 상기 복수의 온도 측정값 중 적어도 하나를 보정하는 보정부 및 상기 복수의 온도 측정값을 통하여 배터리의 온도가 정상인지 여부를 판단하는 상태 판단부를 포함할 수 있다.
