The present invention relates to a radiator cooling fan for a vehicle for reducing a risk of damage to a fan band due to a weld line formed on the fan band during injection molding of a radiator cooling fan. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the radiator cooling fan for a vehicle, which is formed to secure mechanical properties and performance even using a polypropylene-based plastic material having the mechanical property lower than a polyamide 66 (PA66).

    본 발명은 라디에이터 쿨링팬의 사출 성형시 팬밴드에 형성되는 웰드라인에 의한 팬밴드의 파손위험도를 감소시키기 위한 차량용 라디에이터 쿨링팬에 관한 것으로, 폴리아미드66(PA66)보다 낮은 기계적 물성을 가지는 폴리프로필렌 기반의 플라스틱 재료를 이용하여서도 기계적 물성 및 성능을 확보할 수 있도록 형성되는 차량용 라디에이터 쿨링팬을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
