By simply adding a heat dissipation filler with a controlled electrical property and particle size to an organic/inorganic composite magnetic pad, a magnetic pad according to one embodiment is capable of improving a magnetic property and a heat dissipation property of the magnetic pad simultaneously, and being manufactured by a simple process. Accordingly, a wireless charging device comprising the magnetic pad may be usefully used in an electric vehicle and the like requiring a large-capacity power transmission between a transmitter and a receiver. The magnetic pad comprises: a polymer resin; a metal-based magnetic filler; and a heat dissipation filler.
일 구현예에 따른 자성 패드는 유무기 복합 자성 패드에 전기적 특성과 입경이 조절된 방열 필러를 간단히 첨가함으로써 자성 패드의 자성 특성과 방열 특성을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있고 간단한 공정으로 제조될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 자성 패드를 포함하는 무선 충전 소자는 송신기와 수신기 간의 대용량의 전력 전송을 요구하는 전기 자동차 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
