The present invention relates to a complex type magnetic composite for charging an electric vehicle which comprises magnetic powder coupled to each other by a polymer resin and has an excellent physical property and impact resistance which is sufficient to be applied to a vehicle, and an electric vehicle having the same. According to the present invention, it is beneficial to provide the complex type magnetic composite which has the excellent impact resistance appropriate for wireless charging of the electric vehicle and the electric vehicle having the same.
