One embodiment of the present invention provides a mooring type flight apparatus, which performs a mission while flying in the air. The mooring type flight apparatus includes: a balloon into which gas lighter than air is injected; and a kite coupled to the balloon to guide a flow of the air and having a tail part coupled to a lower portion of the balloon, a horizontal wing part which is attached to a lower surface of the tail part, on which the balloon is mounted, and which is formed in a shape of a single membrane, and a vertical wing part provided under the horizontal wing part to correspond to the tail part.
