The present invention relates to a moisture absorbent having excellent long-term durability including a first inorganic material, a second inorganic material, an alkali metal phosphate, and a polymer wax, and a moisture absorbing product including the same. An object of the present invention is to provide the moisture absorbent having high hygroscopicity and release resistance, and excellent in controlling humidity of an internal environment when used.
