The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an integrated washer container for a vehicle and a washer container manufactured thereby. The method includes: a molding process of injecting a thermoplastic plastic resin into a blow mold to extrude an entire body into a container shape at 120 to 130°C; and a punching process, on one side of the blow mold, of forming a punching hole by coupling an in-mold punching device to a position of the punching hole on the body and inserting a piston into the blow mold, wherein the above processes are carried out in a single process, and the punching process is configured to include a first step of fixing a punch head provided at a tip of the piston of the in-mold punching device to the outside of the punching hole, a second step of inserting the punch head at a pressure of 2.9 to 4.9 bar by operating the cylinder of the in-mold punching device when reaching 60 to 80°C, in the step of injecting and cooling the resin in the molding process, and a third step of tightly touching and holding the punch head to an inner wall of the body for several seconds to implant scraps dropped out of the punching hole onto the inner wall of the body. Therefore, molding and post-processing processes are integrated, so that productivity is improved, and the high quality washer container is provided.

    본 발명은 차량용 일체형 워셔 컨테이너의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 워셔 컨테이너에 관한 발명으로, 열가소성 플라스틱 수지를 블로우 몰드에 주입하여 120 ~ 130℃에서 바디 일체를 용기 형상으로 압출 성형하는 성형공정;과, 블로우 몰드의 일측에서, 바디상에 펀칭홀의 위치에 인-몰드 펀칭 장치를 결합하고 피스톤을 블로우 몰드 내부로 삽입하여 펀칭홀을 형성하는 펀칭공정;을 단일 공정으로 실시하도록 이루어지고, 펀칭공정은, 인-몰드 펀칭 장치의 피스톤 선단에 구비하는 펀치헤드를 펀칭홀의 외측에 위치하여 고정하는 제1단계와, 성형공정에서 수지를 주입 후 냉각하는 단계에서 60 ~ 80℃에 도달 시 인-몰드 펀칭 장치의 실린더를 작동하여 펀치헤드를 2.9 ~ 4.9bar의 압력으로 삽입하는 제2단계와, 펀치헤드를 바디 내벽에 수 초 동안 밀착, 유지하여 펀칭홀에서 탈락된 스크랩을 바디의 내벽에 착상하는 제3단계를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 성형 및 후가공 공정의 일체화를 통해 생산성을 향상하고 고품질의 워셔 컨테이너를 제공할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
