In regard to an automation robot for a plant factory, a transfer member includes a plurality of anti-friction wheels placed across each other in different directions and a plurality of transfer motors connected with the anti-friction wheels respectively to independently operate the anti-friction wheels, and is moved along a transfer line in a work space. A transfer control member includes an optical sensor sensing the transfer line and an ultrasonic sensor sensing an object which becomes a workpiece, and controls the transfer member to make the transfer member move along the transfer line by applying transfer signals to the transfer motors. The height control member is vertically extended and contracted by receiving a height control signal. A variable connection member connects the height control member with the robot arm member, and rotates the robot arm member in a horizontal direction by receiving a rotation control signal. An information processing member applies the height control signal and the rotation control signals to the height control member, the robot arm member and the variable connection member depending on the location of the object which becomes a workpiece by receiving a sensing signal from the ultrasonic sensor.
