The present invention provides a cooling and heating system for a vehicle, in which a compressor, an indoor condenser, an outdoor condenser and an evaporator are connected to a refrigerant circulation line in which a refrigerant is circulated. In addition, the cooling and heating system comprises: a waste heat chiller which is connected to the compressor of the refrigerant circulation line by means of a first bypass line and a fourth bypass line; a battery chiller which is connected to the compressor of the refrigerant circulation line by means of a second bypass line; a first coolant line which connects an electrical field radiator and an electrical field unit arranged to be adjacent to the outdoor condenser to the waste heat chiller to circulate a coolant; a second coolant line which is arranged to be spaced apart from the first coolant line, and connects the battery chiller to the battery of a vehicle to circulate the coolant; a third bypass line which is branched from the refrigerant circulation line between the outdoor condenser and the evaporator to allow a refrigerant passing through the outdoor condenser to bypass towards the compressor; and a coolant adjustment means which connects the first coolant line to the second coolant line in order to adjust the flow of the coolant circulating to the first coolant line and the second coolant line. Therefore, in a heating mode, the refrigerant which has passed through the indoor condenser recovers waste heat of the electrical field unit by means of the waste heat chiller connected to the first bypass line. In addition, part of the refrigerant passing through the indoor condenser passes through the outdoor condenser by means of the fourth bypass line before being circulated to the compressor by means of the third bypass line to absorb outdoor air heat and to prevent congestion of the refrigerant and refrigerant oil in the outdoor condenser.

    본 발명은, 냉매가 순환하는 냉매순환라인에 압축기와, 실내컨덴서와, 실외컨덴서와, 증발기가 연결되며, 상기 냉매순환라인에 제1바이패스라인과 제4바이패스라인을 통해 상기 압축기와 연결되는 폐열 칠러와; 상기 냉매순환라인에 제2바이패스라인을 통해 상기 압축기와 연결되는 배터리 칠러와; 상기 실외컨덴서에 인접하게 배치되는 전장 라디에이터와 전장부와 상기 폐열 칠러를 연결하여 냉각수를 순환시키는 제1냉각수라인과; 상기 제1냉각수라인과 이격되게 배치되고, 상기 배터리 칠러와 차량의 배터리를 연결하여 냉각수를 순환시키는 제2냉각수라인과; 상기 실외컨덴서와 상기 증발기 사이의 냉매순환라인에서 분기되어, 상기 실외컨덴서를 통과한 냉매를 상기 압축기로 바이패스하는 제3바이패스라인; 및 상기 제1냉각수라인과 상기 제2냉각수라인을 연결하며 제1냉각수라인 및 제2냉각수라인으로 순환하는 냉각수의 흐름을 조절하는 냉각수조절수단;을 포함하며, 난방모드 시에는 상기 실내컨덴서를 통과한 냉매가 상기 제1바이패스라인에 연결된 폐열 칠러를 통해 전장부의 폐열을 회수함과 더불어 상기 실내컨덴서를 통과한 냉매 중 일부의 냉매가 상기 제 4바이패스라인을 통해 상기 실외컨덴서를 통과되게 한 후 상기 제3바이패스라인을 통해 압축기로 순환시키면서 외기열을 흡수 및 상기 실외컨덴서에 냉매와 냉동오일의 적체를 방지하는 차량용 냉난방 시스템을 제공한다.
