Provided is a method of manufacturing a bicycle saddle by using a silicon foam formed of different materials, in which excellent air permeability is provided, a foam cell is stable and has excellent elasticity, and a composite material (non-woven fabric + polyurethane foam) is impregnated with a silicon solution so as to obtain physical properties that non-woven fabrics and polyurethane do not possess in addition to air permeability, heat resistance, cold resistance, durability, water repellency, tensile strength, and tearing strength. To this end, the method of manufacturing the bicycle saddle by using the silicon foam formed of the different materials includes: partially melting one side surface of a polyurethane foam by using a torch to allow a surface of the polyurethane foam to have an adhesive property; bonding a nonwoven fabric to the one side surface of the polyurethane foam having the adhesive property; pressing a composite foam including the polyurethane foam and the non-woven fabric with a pressing roller so that the polyurethane foam and the non-woven fabric of the composite foam are easily bonded to each other; impregnating the composite foam formed of different materials with a silicon solution; pressing the composite foam with the pressing roller to adjust an amount of the silicon solution impregnated into the composite foam; drying the composite foam with hot air by allowing the composite foam to pass through a dryer; and molding the composite foam to have a shape of the bicycle saddle.

    이종재질의 실리콘폼을 이용한 자전거 안장 제조방법은 통기성이 우수하고 발포 셀(cell)이 안정하고 탄성이 좋으며, 실리콘 용액을 복합 소재(부직포+폴리우레탄 폼)에 함침시킴으로써 통기성, 내열성, 내한성, 내구성, 발수성, 인장강도, 인열강도 외 부직포와 폴리우레탄이 갖지 못한 물리적 물성을 가질 수 있는 자전거 안장 제조방법을 제공하기 위하여, 폴리우레탄 폼의 일측면을 토치를 이용하여 부분적으로 가열하여 녹여서 표면을 접착성 있게 만드는 단계와, 접착성이 생긴 폴리우레탄 폼의 일측면에 부직포를 접착시키는 단계와, 상기 폴리우레탄 폼과 부직포의 복합 폼이 용이하게 접합될 수 있도록 가압롤러로 가압시키는 단계와, 상기 이종재질의 복합 폼을 실리콘용액에 함침시키는 단계와, 복합 폼에 함침되는 실리콘용액의 양을 조절하기 위하여 압착롤러로 가압하는 단계와, 복합 폼을 건조기를 통과시키면서 열품건조시키는 단계와, 복합 폼을 자전거 안장 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종재질의 실리콘폼을 이용한 자전거 안장 제조방법을 제공한다.
