The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system for a vehicle, which has a compressor, an indoor condenser, an outdoor condenser, and an evaporator, which are connected to a refrigerant circulation line where a refrigerant is circulated. The cooling and heating system for a vehicle comprises: a waste heat chiller connected to the compressor through first and third bypass lines in the refrigerant circulation line; a battery chiller connected to the compressor through a second bypass line in the refrigerant circulation line; a first coolant line circulating a coolant by connecting an electric field radiator disposed adjacent to the outdoor condenser, an electric field part, and the waste heat chiller; a second coolant line spaced apart from the first coolant line and connecting the battery chiller and a battery of a vehicle to circulate the coolant; and a coolant adjustment means connecting the first and second coolant lines and adjusting flow of the coolant circulating to the first and second coolant lines. According to the present invention, in a heating mode, a refrigerant passing through the indoor condenser recovers waste heat of the electric field part through the first and third bypass lines, and a part of the refrigerant passing through the indoor condenser passes through the outdoor condenser through a bleed hole of a refrigerant direction switching valve to absorb external heat and prevent the refrigerant from being accumulated at the outdoor condenser. In a cooling mode, the refrigerant passing through the outdoor condenser cools the battery while circulating to the battery chiller and the evaporator through the refrigerant circulation line. According to the present invention, waste heat of the battery can be used and thus, heating performance can be improved.

    본 발명은, 본 발명은, 냉매가 순환하는 냉매순환라인에 압축기와, 실내컨덴서와, 실외컨덴서와, 증발기가 연결되는 차량용 냉난방 시스템에 있어서, 냉매순환라인에 제1바이패스라인과 제3바이패스라인을 통해 상기 압축기와 연결되는 폐열 칠러, 냉매순환라인에 제2바이패스라인을 통해 압축기와 연결되는 배터리 칠러, 실외컨덴서에 인접하게 배치되는 전장 라디에이터와 전장부와 폐열 칠러를 연결하여 냉각수를 순환시키는 제1냉각수라인, 제1냉각수라인과 이격되게 배치되고, 배터리 칠러와 차량의 배터리를 연결하여 냉각수를 순환시키는 제2냉각수라인, 제1냉각수라인과 제2냉각수라인을 연결하며 제1냉각수라인 및 제2냉각수라인으로 순환하는 냉각수의 흐름을 조절하는 냉각수조절수단을 포함하며, 난방모드 시에는 실내컨덴서를 통과한 냉매가 제1바이패스라인 및 제3바이패스라인을 통해 전장부의 폐열을 회수함과 더불어 실내컨덴서를 통과한 냉매 중 일부의 냉매가 냉매방향전환밸브의 블리드홀을 통해 실외컨덴서를 통과되게 하면서 외기열을 흡수 및 실외컨덴서에 냉매의 적체를 방지하고, 냉방모드 시에는 실외컨덴서를 통과한 냉매가 냉매순환라인을 통해 배터리 칠러 및 증발기로 순환되게 하면서 배터리를 냉각하는 차량용 냉난방 시스템을 제공한다.
