Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is an evaporation gas reliquefaction system. The evaporation gas reliquefaction system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a gas supply pipe which supplies evaporation gas generated in a fuel tank; a pressurizing unit connected to the gas supply pipe to pressurize the evaporation gas; a first circulation line in which a first gas stream, which is produced after the evaporation gas passing through the pressurizing unit and a first refrigerant are mixed, is circulated; a first compressor installed in the first circulation line to pressurize the first gas stream; a heat exchanger which cools the first gas stream after allowing the first circulation line at a rear end of the first compressor and the gas supply pipe at a front end of the pressurizing unit to exchange heat with each other; a first expander installed in the first circulation line, and generates a second gas stream after expanding the first gas stream cooled in the heat exchanger; a first branching line in which the second gas stream flows by the heat exchanger before being connected to the gas supply pipe at a rear end of the pressurizing unit or the first circulation line; a liquefaction line branched from the first circulation line at a rear end of the first expander; a second circulation line which constitutes a closed-loop independent cooling cycle such that a second refrigerant may be circulated therein; a second compressor installed in the second circulation line to pressurize the second refrigerant; and a second expander which is axially coupled to the second compressor to be rotated while expanding the second refrigerant. Here, the liquefaction line exchanges heat with the first branching line while exchanging heat with the second circulation line at the heat exchanger, thereby liquefying a part of the first gas stream which is pressurized in the first compressor.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 증발가스 재액화 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 증발가스 재액화 시스템은, 연료탱크에서 생성된 증발가스를 공급하는 가스공급관과, 가스공급관에 연결되어 증발가스를 가압하는 가압유닛과, 가압유닛을 통과한 증발가스와 제1 냉매가 혼합된 제1 가스스트림이 순환하는 제1 순환라인과, 제1 순환라인 상에 설치되어 제1 가스스트림을 가압하는 제1 압축기와, 제1 압축기 후단의 제1 순환라인과 가압유닛 전단의 가스공급관을 열교환하여 제1 가스스트림을 냉각시키는 열교환기와, 제1 순환라인 상에 설치되며, 열교환기에서 냉각된 제1 가스스트림을 팽창시켜 제2 가스스트림을 생성하는 제1 팽창기와, 제2 가스스트림이 유동하며 열교환기를 경유하여 가압유닛 후단의 가스공급관 또는 제1 순환라인에 연결되는 제1 분기라인, 제1 압축기 후단의 제1 순환라인에서 분기되는 액화라인, 폐루프 독립 냉각사이클을 구성하며 제2 냉매가 순환하는 제2 순환라인, 제2 순환라인 상에 설치되어 제2 냉매를 가압하는 제2 압축기, 및 제2 압축기와 축 결합되어 회전하며 제2 냉매를 팽창하는 제2 팽창기를 포함하되, 액화라인은, 열교환기에서 제1 분기라인과 열교환하면서 제2 순환라인과 열교환하여 제1 압축기에서 가압된 제1 가스스트림 중 일부를 액화시킬 수 있다.
