The disclosure forms a SADE missile base as an aircraft carrier turtle ship, fastens and connects an aircraft carrier to both sides, forms one marine military base, provides the same on the east sea of the Korean peninsula with three sea sides, protects missile attacks of the North Korea at a side surface, relieves psychological anxiety of the Americans and the Japanese which are allied nations, removes political and military intervention causes, relieves an anti-Korean sentiment of a Chinese government and the Chinese, relieves economical losses caused by trade with the China, restores relation improvement by removing an excuse of military provocation, plots the same to overcome geographical disadvantages, and suppresses provocation of the North Korea and the surrounding powers by having military properties comprising modern advanced equipment.

    본 개시(Disclosure)는, 사드(SADE) 미사일기지를 항공모함급 거북선으로 만들고, 양측에 항공모함을 체결 연결하여 하나의 해상 군사기지를 만들어 삼면이 바다로 이루어진 한반도의 동해상에 구비하여 북한의 미사일 공격을 측면에서 방어하고, 우방인 미국과 일본 국민들의 심리적 불안감을 해소하여 정치적 군사적 개입 원인을 제거하는 것과 중국 정부 및 국민들의 반한 감정을 해소하여 대중무역으로 인한 경제적 손실을 해소하고, 군사적 도발의 핑계를 제거함으로써, 관계개선을 복원하고, 획책하여 지리적 약점을 극복하며, 현대적 첨단설비로 이루어진 군용자산을 보유함으로써 북한과 주변 열강의 도발을 억제하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
