The present invention provides a battery case for electric vehicles which reduces production costs, and has efficient productivity. The battery case for electric vehicles comprises: a base formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, formed of an edge unit and a lower surface unit having a regular height to have a space on which a high-voltage battery is mounted; a reinforcement panel which is a shape of covering a lower surface unit of the base, is extended to both side end units of the base, is formed of steel or a steel alloy, and is mechanically coupled with the lower surface unit of the base, wherein the extended both side end units are mechanically coupled with the edge unit of the base; and a support member extended in a direction of crossing a direction of extending the reinforcement panel, coupled to an upper surface of the reinforcement panel, formed of aluminum and an aluminum alloy, and mechanically coupled with the reinforcement panel.

    알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금으로 성형되며, 일정 높이를 갖는 테두리부와 하면부로 구성되어 고전압배터리가 안착되는 공간이 형성된 베이스; 베이스의 하면부를 덮는 형상이며 베이스의 양측 단부로 연장되고, 스틸 또는 스틸합금으로 성형되며 베이스의 하면부와 기계적 접합으로 체결되고, 연장된 양측 단부는 베이스의 테두리부와 기계적 접합으로 체결된 보강패널; 및 보강패널이 연장되는 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되며 보강패널의 상면에 결합되고, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금으로 성형되며, 보강패널과 기계적 접합으로 체결된 지지부재;를 포함하는 전기자동차용 배터리 케이스가 소개된다.
