Disclosed is a discharge apparatus discharging cryogenic fluid to decrease the risk of an explosion. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the discharge apparatus discharging cryogenic fluid leaked from a processing module of an offshore structure processing the cryogenic fluid to the outside of a hull comprises: a first discharge line disposed outside the hull to receive the cryogenic fluid leaked from the hull and extended in the height direction of the hull; a second discharge line extended to be inclined with respect to the first discharge line, rotationally coupling one end part to the first discharge line, and arranging the other end part to be spaced apart from the seawater surface; and a driving unit rotating the second discharge line with respect to the first discharge line to allow the other end part of the second discharge line to maintain a set interval with respect to the seawater surface.

    배출장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배출장치는 극저온유체를 처리하는 해양구조물의 처리모듈에서 누출되는 극저온유체를 선체 외부로 배출하는 배출장치로서, 상기 선체로부터 상기 누출되는 극저온유체가 유입되도록 상기 선체의 외측에 배치되고, 상기 선체의 높이방향으로 연장되는 제1배출라인; 상기 제1배출라인에 대해 경사지게 연장되고, 일단부가 상기 제1배출라인에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 타단부가 해수면에 대해 이격되어 배치되는 제2배출라인; 및 상기 제2배출라인의 타단부가 해수면에 대해 설정간격을 유지하도록, 상기 제2배출라인을 상기 제1배출라인에 대해 회전시키는 구동부를 포함한다.
