The present invention relates to a floating type gas combined cycle power generation plant using cold heat of liquefied natural gas and a method thereof, using low temperature glycol water used in a fuel gas supply vaporizer in place of sea water for a vacuum condenser of a steam generator in a gas turbine or an engine using gas as a fuel, thereby increasing a thermal head to enhance efficiency of the steam generator. In addition, the gas turbine or the engine using gas as the fuel discharges exhaust gas with a temperature lower than from a diesel engine so available energy is small and the application of a waste heat recovering unit may be uneconomical, however, an embodiment of the present invention uses LNG cold heat to cool the vacuum condenser of the steam generator, thereby enhancing efficiency in recovering wasted heat to be very economical. In addition, the present invention cools the vacuum condenser with a lower temperature than medium (glycol water) to enhance efficiency of the steam generator and eliminate a sea water cooling pump to save energy and lower manufacturing costs.

    본 발명은 액화천연가스 냉열을 이용한 부유식 가스복합 발전플랜트 및 발전방법에 관한 것으로, 가스를 연료로 사용하는 가스터빈 또는 엔진의 스팀발생기의 진공 냉각기(vacuum condenser)에, 기화기(fuel gas supply vaporizer)에 사용한 저온의 냉각수(glycol water)를 해수(sea water) 대신 사용함으로써, 열 낙차를 증대시켜서 스팀발생기의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 가스를 연료로 사용하는 가스터빈/엔진은 디젤 엔진보다 배기가스 온도가 낮아 스팀발생기의 가용 에너지가 적어 폐열회수기 적용이 비경제적일 수 있으나, 본 실시 예에서는 LNG 냉열을 이용하여 스팀발생기의 진공 냉각기를 냉각시킴으로써, 폐열회수 효율성을 높일 수 있어 매우 경제적이다. 또한, 저온의 열매(글리콜 워터)로 진공 냉각기를 냉각함으로써, 스팀발생기의 효율을 향상시키고, 해수 냉각펌프(SW cooling pump)를 삭제함으로써, 에너지 절감 및 제조원가를 낮출 수 있다.
