A temperature management method for a hybrid vehicle which comprises: a flow rate control valve controlling flow of coolant to an engine, a heater, a heat exchanger, and a radiator; and an exhaust heat recovery device coupled to the flow rate control valve via the heater, the exhaust heat recovery device performing heat exchange between the coolant received from the heater and exhaust gas received from the engine, and supplying the heat-exchanged coolant to the engine. Moreover, the method comprises: a heater identifying step of identifying whether the heater is on or off; and a control step of identifying at least one of an outside air temperature, a coolant temperature, or an oil temperature in accordance with a performing result of the heater identifying step, operating the flow rate control valve in a flow stop mode to prevent the coolant of the engine from being discharged on the basis of identified data, and operating the exhaust heat recovery device.

    본 발명은 엔진, 히터, 열교환기 및 라디에이터 사이의 냉각수 흐름을 제어하는 유량제어밸브와, 히터를 매개로 유량제어밸브와 연결되고, 히터로부터 공급받은 냉각수와 엔진으로부터 공급받은 배기가스를 열교환하고, 열교환된 냉각수를 엔진으로 공급시키도록 동작하는 배기열 회수장치를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 열 관리방법에 있어서, 제어부가 히터의 온오프(ON/OFF) 여부를 확인하는 히터확인단계; 및 히터확인단계 수행결과에 따라, 제어부가 외기온, 냉각수온 또는 오일온도 중 적어도 하나를 확인하고, 확인된 데이터에 기반하여 엔진의 냉각수의 유출을 막도록 유량제어밸브를 유동정지모드로 제어하거나, 배기열 회수장치를 동작시키는 제어단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
