The present invention relates to a supply method of fuel gas for a ship engine, and specifically comprises: a step of determining a methane number for calculating a methane number of fuel gas supplied to an engine in which the fuel gas is forcibly gasified from an LNG storage tank through a high pressure pump and a gasifier; a step of calculating a required injection volume of inert gas for calculating the required injection volume of inert gas from the methane number determined from the methane number determination step; and a step of injecting the inert gas to the fuel gas after compressing the inert gas corresponding to the required injection volume of inert gas calculated in the step for calculating the required injection volume of inert gas to have the pressure of the inert gas higher than that of the fuel gas forcibly gasified from the LNG storage tank.

    본 발명은 선박 엔진용 연료가스의 공급 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 고압펌프와 기화기를 통해 LNG저장탱크로부터 강제 기화되어 엔진에 공급되는 연료가스의 메탄가를 구하는 메탄가 판정 단계, 상기 메탄가 판정 단계에서 판정된 메탄가로부터 필요한 불활성가스 주입량을 산정하는 불활성가스 필요주입량 산정 단계, 상기 불활성가스 필요주입량 산정 단계에서 산정된 주입량에 해당하는 불활성가스를 LNG저장탱크로부터 강제 기화된 연료가스보다 높은 압력을 갖도록 압축하여 연료가스에 주입하는 불활성가스 주입 단계를 포함한다.
