Provided is a vehicle side portion structure, stabilizing an unfolding motion of inflation of an air-bag in the width direction of a vehicle from a side door. An impact beam is mounted on a door inner panel. Moreover, the impact beam includes a side wall portion disposed inside the vehicle width direction of an inflator and has a support unit supporting the inflator. Therefore, when the air-bag is inflated and unfolded, an unfolding reaction force of the air-bag can be supported by the support unit of the impact beam.

    사이드 도어로부터 차량 폭방향 외측으로 팽창 전개되는 에어백의 전개 거동을 안정시킬 수 있는 차량 측부 구조를 얻는다. 도어 이너 패널에 임팩트 빔이 장착되어 있으며, 당해 임팩트 빔은, 인플레이터의 차량 폭방향 내측에 배치된 측벽부를 포함하여, 인플레이터를 지지하는 지지부를 구비하고 있다. 이 때문에, 에어백이 팽창 전개될 때에 당해 에어백의 전개 반력을 임팩트 빔의 지지부에 의해 지지할 수 있다.
