Disclosed is a moisture electrolysis apparatus for a headlamp, comprising: a moisture electrolysis module having a first electrode connected to an electrode at one side of a power source, exposed to an inner space of a headlamp housing, and having a surface coated with a dielectric substance, a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from the first electrode by a predetermined distance to form a gap, and a discharge ventilation path formed between the surface of the first electrode coated with the dielectric substance and the second electrode; and moisture absorption paper provided to be in surface-contact with any one of the first electrode or the second electrode.
