The present invention relates to an evaporative gas re-liquefaction system and a vessel thereby, including: a liquefied gas storage tank; an evaporative gas compressor for compressing evaporative gas of the liquefied gas storage tank; a re-liquefaction device for liquefying the compressed evaporative gas; a high-pressure pump for pressurizing the liquefied gas in the liquefied gas storage tank at high pressure, and supplying the pressurized liquefied gas to a customer; and a pre-cooler for delivering cold heat of the liquefied gas to the compressed evaporative gas, wherein the pre-cooler is configured to transfer the cold heat of the liquefied gas to the evaporative gas in an upper flow of the high-pressure pump and the re-liquefaction device.
