The present invention relates to a power supply device for a vehicle using a solar panel which includes the vehicle which is driven by fuels and in which a main battery is embedded, and a solar panel which is installed on the upper side of the vehicle and is flexibly formed with a shape corresponding to the upper side of the vehicle in a state in which a plurality of cells are arranged, wherein the vehicle further includes a separate auxiliary battery for storing power generated on the solar panel, thereby preventing the discharge of the vehicle and reducing fuel costs, and an operating method thereof.

    본 발명은 연료에 의해서 구동되는 메인배터리가 내장되어 있는 자동차 및 상기 자동차의 상면에 설치되며, 복수의 셀이 배열된 상태로 상기 자동차의 상면과 대응하는 형상으로 플렉시블하게 이루어진 태양전지판을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 자동차는 상기 태양전지판에서 발생된 전력을 저장할 수 있는 별도의 보조배터리가 더 구비됨으로써 차량의 방전을 방지하고 연료비를 절감할 수 있는 태양전지판을 이용한 차량용 전원공급 장치 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것이다.
