수윤활식 베어링에 있어서 우수한 내마모성 및 슬라이딩 특성을 가지는 베어링 재료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 수윤활식 베어링 재료는 12중량%~25중량%의 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬바이닐에터 공중합 수지(PFA 수지), 18중량%~33중량%의 탄소섬유 및 잔부가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 수지 및/또는 변성 PTFE 수지로 이루어진다.

    It is an object to provide a bearing material having excellent wear resistance and sliding characteristics for a water lubrication type bearing. A water lubrication type bearing material of the present invention contains 12 wt.% to 25 wt.% of a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin (PFA resin), 18 wt.% to 33 wt.% of a carbon fiber, and a remainder including a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin and/or a modified PTFE resin.
