The present invention provides: an azasilane-based modifier of chemical formula 1, capable of readily introducing a filler affinic functional group to a conjugated diene-based polymer chain; a modified conjugated diene-based polymer containing a functional group derived from the azasilane-based modifier; a method for preparing the modified conjugated diene-based polymer; a rubber composition containing the modified conjugated diene-based polymer; and a molded product and a tire, which are manufactured from the rubber composition. In chemical formula 1, R^1 to R^5 are the same defined in the specification.
