본 발명은 템퍼링을 하지 않고, 컴팩트한 생산라인으로 생산성 높게 제조할 수 있는 스태빌라이저의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 스태빌라이저의 제조 방법은 C:0.15질량% 이상 0.39질량% 이하, Mn, B 및 Fe를 적어도 포함하는 봉강재에 휨가공을 실시하여 제품 형상으로 성형하는 성형 공정과, 상기 봉강재에 물과 동등 이상 또는 물에 가까운 열전달율을 가지는 매체에 의한 담금질을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다

    The present invention provides a production method for stabilizers that enables highly productive production on a compact production line, without performing annealing. This production method for stabilizers is characterized by including: a step in which a steel rod material including at least Mn, B, Fe, and 0.15-0.39 mass% of C is bent and molded into a product shape; and a step in which the steel rod material is tempered using a medium that has thermal conductivity that is at least equivalent to water or similar to water.
