The present invention relates to a gas treatment system for effectively supplying liquefied and/or boil-off gas to a demand from a liquefied gas storage tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the gas treatment system comprises: a boil-off gas compressor provided in a plurality of stages and compressing natural boil-off gas (NBOG) generated in a liquefied gas storage tank to supply to a propulsion engine and a power generation engine; a boosting pump for discharging the liquefied gas of the liquefied gas storage tank to the outside; a forced vaporizer for vaporizing the liquefied gas pressurized by the boosting pump to generate forced boil-off gas (FBOG); and a gas-liquid separator for delivering the FBOG to be joined to the NBOG after gas-liquid separation. The propulsion engine is a low-speed 2-stroke low-pressure gas injection engine. The FBOG gas-separated is joined to the NBOG downstream of the boil-off gas compressor and supplied to the propulsion engine. The boil-off gas compressor is configured to compress the NBOG in multiple stages in response to the required pressure of the propulsion engine, and the boil-off gas is branched to the propulsion engine and the power generation engine downstream of the point where the FBOG is joined to the NBOG.
