The present invention relates to a hydraulic winch apparatus applying a pressure accumulator to ascending and descending movement of an object. The hydraulic winch apparatus comprises: a hydraulic winch (10) which is connected to a driving pump (22) on a hydraulic circuit and has a weight sensor which detects weight of the object; the pressure accumulator (30) which is connected to the hydraulic winch (10) on the hydraulic circuit and has a pressure sensor (35) which detects pressure of a pipeline; and a controller (40) which controls power of the driving pump (22) to correspond to signals of the weight sensor (15) and the pressure sensor (35). Accordingly, during a process for reducing the amount of energy consumption by a method assisting the initial phase elevation driving force by charging the pressure accumulator with potential energy generated when the hydraulic winch descends, stability and durability are obtained by reducing a change in electric power.

    본 발명은 대상물의 승하강 운동에 축압기를 활용하는 유압윈치 장치에 있어서: 유압회로 상에서 구동펌프(22)와 연결되고, 대상물의 하중을 검출하는 하중센서(15)를 구비하는 유압윈치(10); 유압회로 상에서 유압윈치(10)와 연결되고, 관로 압력을 검출하는 압력센서(35)를 구비하는 축압기(30); 및 상기 하중센서(15)와 압력센서(35)의 신호에 대응하여 구동펌프(22)의 전원을 단속하는 제어기(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 유압윈치의 하강시 발생되는 위치에너지를 축압기에 충전하여 초기 상승 구동력을 보조하는 방식으로 에너지 소비량을 저감하는 과정에서 전력변동을 축소하여 안정성과 내구성을 확보하는 효과가 있다.
