The present invention relates to a method of determining an adaptive reaction time of a driver in a vehicle, wherein the adaptive reaction time is detected from the activity of the driver, including the following steps: a step of detecting a driving behavior of a vehicle driving ahead by surrounding sensors; a step of detecting behaviors of a driver of the vehicle; a step of detecting chronological correlations between the driving behavior of the vehicle driving ahead and the behaviors of the driver; and a step of detecting the drivers activity from the chronological correlations. The method above is applied in an assistive system including an operation of monitoring the surroundings of the vehicle in front of the vehicle, and in such a system, the drivers reaction time is used to determine a warning time.

    본 발명은 차량의 운전자의 적응 반응 시간을 결정하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 적응 반응 시간은 운전자 능동성으로부터 검출되고, 이하의 단계들을 포함한다. - 주변 센서에 의해 선행하는 차량의 주행 거동을 검출하는 단계. - 차량의 운전자의 행동을 검출하는 단계. - 선행하는 차량의 주행 거동과 운전자의 행동 사이의 시간적 상관관계를 검출하는 단계. - 시간적 상관관계로부터 운전자 능동성을 검출하는 단계. 상기 방법은 전방의 차량 주변의 모니터링을 포함하는 보조 시스템에서 이용되고, 상기 시스템에서 운전자 반응 시간은 경고 시점의 결정을 위해 이용된다.
