The present invention relates to a collision avoidance control apparatus, and a collision avoidance control method. The collision avoidance control apparatus comprises: a sensor module obtaining sensing information of at least one vehicle positioned on a front side of own driving vehicle; and a control module controlling at least one wheel among a front wheel or a rear wheel of the own vehicle to avoid a collision with the other vehicle when there is the possibility of the collision with the other vehicle in accordance with a result of an analysis of the sensing information. The other embodiment can be applied.

    본 발명은 차량의 충돌회피 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 주행 중인 자 차량의 전방에 위치한 적어도 하나의 타 차량에 대한 센싱정보를 획득하는 센서모듈, 센싱정보의 분석결과에 따라 타 차량과의 충돌 가능성이 존재하면, 자 차량의 전륜 또는 후륜 중 적어도 하나의 휠을 제어하여 타 차량과의 충돌회피를 수행하는 제어모듈을 포함할 수 있고, 다른 실시 예로도 적용이 가능하다.
