The present invention relates to a crosswalk walking safety management system and, more specifically, relates to a walking safety management system which induces safety through a blocking of an entrance of a pedestrian at a red signal for a crosswalk, and particularly, quickly warns a pedestrian illegally crossing a road of a risk by detecting a violation and enables a vehicle to quickly detect such a pedestrian, and additionally, can quickly detect and respond to a damage to a facility, and quickly inform an occurrence of a dangerous state to take an action, and to a walking safety management method by using the same. Additionally, the invention enables a handicapped individual to be guided to enter a crosswalk, and moreover, enables a pedestrian to easily identify current position and surrounding facility.
본 발명은 횡단보도 보행안전 관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 횡단보도에 대하여 적색신호시 보행자의 진입 위험을 알려 보행자의 진입을 차단하는 등 안전을 유도하고, 특히, 무단횡단시 이를 감지하여 신속히 위험 경고 및 차량으로 하여금 신속한 감지가 가능하게 하며, 또한, 시설물의 파손시 이를 신속히 감지하여 대응할 수 있으며, 주변 위험상황 발생시 신속히 알려 대응이 가능하게 하며, 또한, 장애인으로 하여금 횡단보도의 진입 유도가 가능하게 하며, 또한, 보행자로 하여금 현재 위치 및 주변 시설물 등을 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 하기 위한 횡단보도 보행안전 관리시스템 및 그 보행안전 관리시스템을 이용한 보행안전 관리방법에 관한 것이다.
