A semi-submersible marine structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the semi-submersible marine structure comprises: a pontoon having a polygonal ring shape; a plurality of extension members extending to a side direction at each edge of the pontoon; and a plurality of tendons extending downwards in each of the extension members to be fixated to the seabed. The extension members have circular arc portions, and each of the circular arc portions has the same curvature radius and curvature center.

    반잠수식 해양구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반잠수식 해양구조물은 다각형 링 형상의 폰툰; 상기 폰툰의 각 모서리에서 측 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 연장부재; 및 상기 각 연장부재에서 아래로 연장되어 해저에 고정되는 복수의 텐던을 포함하고, 상기 각 연장부재는 원호부(圓弧部)를 포함하고, 상기 각 원호부는 동일한 곡률 반경과 곡률 중심을 가진다.
