The present invention relates to a collective friction plate in a pantograph of an electric rail car and a manufacturing method thereof. The collective friction plate according to the present invention includes an additive of 0.1-6 wt% formed with one or more selected from: 80-92 wt% of Cu, 3-8 wt% of Sn, 1-6 wt% of graphite and Fe; a ferro alloy formed with one or more selected from Fe-Mo, Fe-Ti and Fe-Cr; and Cr, wherein the particle size of the additive is less than or equal to 250 um, and the particle size less than or equal to 45 um in the additive accounts for 30-50 wt% of an entire additive. The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing raw material mixed powder which includes additive powder of 0.1-6 wt% formed with one or more selected from: 80-92 wt% of Cu, 3-8 wt% of Sn, 1-6 wt% of graphite and Fe; a ferro alloy formed with one or more selected from Fe-Mo, Fe-Ti and Fe-Cr; and Cr; a step of sintering the mixed power at the temperature of 650-900C after performing pressure-molding on the mixed power; and a step of impregnating machine oil in the sintered body manufactured from the above. The particle size of the additive is less than or equal to 250 um, and the particle size less than or equal to 45 um in the additive accounts for 30-50 wt% of an entire additive. Thereby, the collective friction plate according to the present invention can have excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, lubricity and rainfastness.

    전동차 팬터그래프 집전마찰판 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 중량%로, Cu:80~92%, Sn:3~8%, 흑연:1~6%, 그리고 Fe; Fe-Mo, Fe-Ti 및 Fe-Cr중 선택된 1종이상으로 조성된 ferro alloy; 및 Cr 중 선택된 1종이상으로 조성된 첨가제:0.1~6%를 포함하고, 상기 첨가제는 그 입자크기가 250㎛이하이고, 그 중 입자크기가 45㎛ 이하인 것이 전체 첨가제에 대하여 차지하는 비율이 중량비로 30~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전마찰판과, 중량%로, Cu:80~92%, Sn:3~8%, 흑연:1~6%, 그리고 Fe; Fe-Mo, Fe-Ti 및 Fe-Cr중 선택된 1종이상으로 조성된 ferro alloy; 및 Cr중 선택된 1종이상으로 조성된 첨가제분말:0.1~6%를 포함하는 원료혼합분말을 마련하는 공정; 상기 혼합분말을 가압성형한후 650~900℃에서 소결하는 공정; 및 상기로부터 제조된 소결체에 기계유를 함침하는 공정;을 포함하고, 상기 첨가제는 그 입자크기가 250㎛이하이고, 그 중 입자크기가 45㎛ 이하인 것이 전체 첨가제에 대하여 차지하는 비율이 중량비로 30~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전마찰판 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
