The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an infrared sensor to control an automobile air-conditioning system, which manufactures the infrared sensor through an optical design of a light-receiving lens using temperature measurement position setting and a thermo-pile design reflecting it to exclude the interfered parts when detecting the temperature of the passengers of all seats in an automobile and to make it possible to optimally control the air-conditioning system through an accurate detection of temperature. The manufacturing method comprises: a first process (S10) to set a set position and a set scope to detect the temperature in the automobile; a second process (S20) to designate an actual set position through a simulation using the set position and the set scope set by the first process (S10) and to design the light-receiving lens based on the designation to set the optimum infrared light receiving position; and a third process (S30) to design a thermo-pile die to place a sensing unit on a pixel part of infrared light incident through the light-receiving lens provided by the second process (S20).

    본 발명은 온도측정 위치설정에 따른 수광렌즈의 광학설계와 이를 반영한 써모파일 설계를 통해 적외선센서를 제작함으로써, 차량에 탑승한 전 좌석 탑승객의 온도 감지 시 서로 간섭되는 부분을 배제시켜 정확한 온도감지를 통해 최적의 공조시스템 제어가 가능하도록 한 차량공조시스템 제어용 적외선 센서의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 차내에서 온도를 감지할 설정위치와 설정범위를 세트하는 제1과정(S10); 상기 제1과정을 통해 세트된 설정위치 및 범위에 따른 시뮬레이션을 통해 실제 설정위치를 지정하고 이에 근거하여 적외선 수광위치가 최적의 상태로 구현되도록 수광렌즈를 설계하는 제2과정(S20); 및 상기 제2과정을 통해 구현된 수광렌즈를 통해 입사되는 적외선의 픽셀부위에 센싱부가 위치하도록 써모파일 다이를 설계하는 제3과정(S30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
