The present invention relates to a method for producing a door trim of vehicles, comprising: a forming step of producing a skin having a shape of a door trim; a sewing step of forming stitches on the skin; and an injection step of integrally bonding the skin and a base material by injection-forming the base material onto a surface of the skin in which the stitches are formed. Luxurious door trim which increases binding force of the skin and the base material and brings out stitch feeling while being eco-friendly can be produced.

    본 발명은 차량의 도어트림 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 도어트림의 형상으로 스킨을 제조하는 포밍단계, 스킨에 스티치를 형성하는 재봉단계, 및 스티치가 형성된 스킨의 표면에 기재를 사출형성하여 스킨과 기재를 일체로 결합형성하는 사출단계를 포함하여, 스킨과 기재와의 결합력을 높이고 친환경적이면서 스티치감을 살릴 수 있는 고급스러운 도어트림을 제조할 수 있게 된다.
