The present invention relates to a management system and a method for electric vehicle charging wherein multiple movable chargers are installed onto the ceiling of parking lot to allow electric vehicles parked in empty parking spaces to be charged. The present system and method may comprise: multiple guide-rails that are arrayed apart at regular intervals on the parking lot ceiling; multiple chargers which can be connected in a way that forward and backward movements along the guide-rail is possible; a charger driving device set up for each of the multiple chargers, which move the charger forward or backwards, corresponding to the ″move charger forward″ or ″move charger backward″ driving signals inputted from outside; and a charging infrastructure management server which monitors the operation status of multiple chargers, and transmits to outside the location information of available chargers, after checking the information of available chargers among the multiple chargers, when charge request information is received from outside, and outputs the ″move forward″ driving signal to the charger driving device to move the charger to the charging location when an electric vehicle arrives at the charging location, and outputs the ″move backward″ driving signal to the charger driving device when charging is completed. Thereby, the present invention not only allows charging regardless of the availability of a dedicated electric vehicle parking space or the number of chargers and saves charging time of the charging infrastructure, but also increases the efficiency of the charging infrastructure by eliminating the inconveniences of not being able to use the charger when cars are parked in long terms, in advance.
본 발명은 주차장의 천장에 이동 가능하도록 복수개의 충전기들을 설치하여 주차장의 빈 주차공간에 주차시킨 전기자동차를 충전할 수 있도록 하는 충전 관리시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 주차장 천장에 일정 간격으로 이격 배열되는 복수의 가이드레일; 가이드레일을 따라 전진 또는 후진 가능하도록 결합되는 복수의 충전기; 복수의 충전기 각각에 마련되며, 외부로부터 입력되는 충전기 전진구동신호 또는 충전기 후진구동신호에 응하여 충전기를 전진 또는 후진 이동시키는 충전기 구동장치; 복수의 충전기의 작동상태를 모니터링하며, 외부로부터 충전요청정보가 수신되는 경우 복수의 충전기 중 충전 가능한 충전기 정보를 확인한 후 외부로 충전기 위치정보를 송출하며, 충전위치에 전기자동차가 진입완료한 경우 해당 충전기를 충전위치까지 이동시키기 위해 충전기 구동장치로 전진구동신호를 출력하고, 충전이 완료되면 충전기 구동장치로 후진구동신호를 출력하는 충전인프라 관리서버를 포함한다. 이에 따라 전용주차구역 및 충전기 개수에 구애받지 않고 충전인프라의 충전시간을 절약할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 장시간 주차시 충전기를 사용할 수 없는 불편함을 미연에 제거하여 충전인프라의 효율성을 극대화시키는 효과가 있다.
