The present invention relates to a fuel sender device for a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a fuel sender device for a vehicle, which improves contact between a conductor part of a resistance substrate and a contact point of a contact plate for a fuel sender from a surface contact structure to a point contact structure, thereby preventing wear on the conductor part. Moreover, the present invention is to provides the fuel sender device for a vehicle, which can minimize wear of the contact point and the conductor part, and simultaneously extend durability of a fuel sender by improving the contact point of the contact plate to be a ball type structure which can be moved up and down and rotated for the contact point and the conductor part to be in point (line) contact with each other.

    본 발명은 자동차용 연료센더 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연료센더용 저항기판의 도체부와 컨택트 플레이트의 컨택트 포인트 간의 접촉을 면접촉에서 점접촉 구조로 개선시켜 도체부의 마모 방지를 도모할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 연료센더 장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 컨택트 플레이트의 컨택트 포인트를 승하강 및 회전 가능한 볼 타입 구조로 개선하여, 컨택트 포인트와 도체부가 점(선)접촉을 하도록 함으로써, 컨택트 포인트 및 도체부의 마모를 최소화하는 동시에 연료센더의 수명 연장을 도모할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 연료센더 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
