The present invention relates to a method for calculating an optimum preventive maintenance frequency based on availability and a net profit. More particularly, the present invention provides the method for calculating the optimum preventive maintenance frequency based on operating expenditures and failure rate data according to equipment of a topside process of a liquefied natural gas floating production storage offloading. According to the present invention, the availability of the whole system and the net profit are maximized by determining the optimum preventive maintenance frequency of the topside process of the liquefied natural gas floating production storage offloading.
본 발명은 생산가용도와 수익에 근거하여 최적의 예방보전 주기를 산출하는 방법으로서, 특히 액화천연가스 부유식 생산저장설비 탑사이드 공정의 장비별 고장률 데이터 및 운영비용을 바탕으로 최적의 예방보전 주기를 산출하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 액화천연가스 부유식 생산저장설비 탑사이드 공정의 최적 예방보전 주기를 결정하여 전체 시스템의 생산가용도를 최대로 하고 수익을 극대화할 수 있다.
