The present invention relates to a system for calculating an optimized preventive maintenance frequency and, especially provides a system for finding an optimized preventive maintenance frequency based on defect rate data and management costs by each equipment of a topside process of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) floating production storage facility. According to the present invention, by determining an optimized preventive maintenance frequency of a topside process of a LNG floating production storage facility, production availability of the whole system and costs can be maximized.

    본 발명은 최적 예방보전 주기 계산 시스템으로서, 특히 액화천연가스 부유식 생산저장설비 탑사이드 공정의 장비별 고장률 데이터 및 운영비용을 바탕으로 최적의 예방보전 주기를 찾는 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 액화천연가스 부유식 생산저장설비 탑사이드 공정의 최적 예방보전 주기를 결정하여 전체 시스템의 생산가용도를 최대로 하고 수익을 극대화할 수 있다.
