The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining driver′s fatigue. The method comprises the following steps of: measuring sensing values with a plurality of pressure sensors provided in a seat in case driving time of a vehicle passes through a first set time; determining whether the measured sensing values reach a predetermined reference value with respect to each pressure sensor; and outputting a warning signal in case the measured sensing values reach the predetermined reference value, and last for more than a predetermined time while being higher than or equal to the reference value.

    본 발명은 차량의 주행 시간이 제1 설정시간 경과시 시트에 구비된 복수의 압력 센서들로 센싱값들을 측정하는 단계; 상기 측정된 센싱값들이 각각의 압력 센서들에 대해 기설정된 기준값에 도달하는지 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 측정된 센싱값들이 상기 기설정된 기준값에 도달한 경우, 상기 기준값 이상으로 소정 시간 이상 지속되면 경고 신호를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는, 차량 운전자 피로도 판단 방법 및 장치.
