The present invention relates to a propelling device for a vessel. The device includes an internal shaft connected to a crank shaft of an engine, and delivering operational force of the crank shaft to a rear propeller; an external shaft having an empty space, into which the internal shaft is inserted, and delivering the operational force of the crank shaft to a front propeller; and a reversal rotation device placed around the engine, and reversing and delivering the rotation of the crank shaft to the front propeller. The reversal rotation device includes a linear gear formed on an outer surface of a rear part of the crank shaft; a ring gear formed on an inner surface of a front part of the external shaft; and a planet gear reversing and delivering the rotation of the linear gear to the ring gear. According to the present invention, since the reversal rotation device is included in the rear part of the crank shaft of the engine, the propelling device is capable of efficiently using an inner space of a vessel body by being placed around the engine. Moreover, the reversal rotation device in the rear part of the crank shaft is able to be integrated or partially integrated with the engine. Since the internal shaft for the rear propeller is connected to the rear part of the crank shaft by using a key driving method, a man-hour for assembling the engine with a shaft system and a man-hour for installing the reversal rotation device are able to be convenient, as compared to the preparation of an extra reversal rotation device.
