A ship maintenance management system through prediction of parts replacement time is disclosed. The ship maintenance management system through prediction of parts replacement time includes: a plurality of redundant parts in which redundant target parts are installed in duplicate; a repair analysis device which collects repair data of autonomous ships, analyzes the collected repair data to derive redundant target parts, collects part data of the plurality of redundant parts, and analyzes the collected part data to predict replacement cycle of the plurality of redundant parts; and a controller which changes an operation line of a redundant part at which the predicted replacement cycle has arrived, when the calculated replacement cycle has arrived, thereby capable of controlling replacement of currently used parts with spare parts in redundant parts according to the predicted replacement cycle.
